If your meeting or conference includes educational content, speakers, or breakout sessions, I’ll manage the run of show and keep all presenters and speakers on schedule and ready to go
Production Management
What decisions do you need to make? When do they need to be made? What are the top event priorities? I’ll outline it all for you so you can execute with ease
Project Timeline
I’ll manage all banquet event orders and communicate with all outside vendors, from hotel staff to rentals and activity providers so all your guests or clients enjoy a seamless experience, from welcome to departure

I’m well-versed with running a golf tournament, from club delivery preferences to scheduling tee times, managing contest holes, curating food and beverage, ordering gifts & prizes, coordinating photos, and keeping everyone on time

As an impartial facilitator, I will help design a realistic agenda, prepare the meeting space and any food and drinks required, keep everyone on track, capture notes, manage brainstorm sessions for efficient outcomes, and deliver a post-meeting recap with notes, minutes, and key next steps
