Experience a Luxury Event in Mexico
I was recently invited to attend the Connoisseurs Connections Conference with Retreats Resources at Etéreo, an Auberge Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and I had such a blast!
Set among a lush mangrove forest and pristine white sandy beaches in Riviera Maya, Etéreo offers a perfect blend of beachside tranquility, luxurious accommodations, and world-class service, all designed to provide an unforgettable experience.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff. The personalized butler service was a highlight, with a warm introduction to my room amenities, ensuring my Wi-Fi was connected, and even setting up Bluetooth music. My butler, Omar, checked in daily, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
As an avid wildlife enthusiast, I thoroughly enjoyed the resident ocean life, birds, coatis, and iguanas (don’t worry, although quite large, they eat plants!). Exploring the resort felt like being in a living, breathing nature documentary.
And of course, there’s the food! As a lover of Mexican Cuisine, I was delighted with every bite from the flavor-packed tacos to the mouth-watering sweet breads and all in between!
The Connoisseurs Connections Conference itself was exceptional. The decor was top-notch, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere (thank you, Rosario Barahona, Maritur DMC). The speakers were insightful, offering valuable perspectives and knowledge. Building connections with other professionals in the industry was a highlight, and the experiences provided were both enriching and beautiful. It was truly a memorable event.
